Welcome to the Professional Driving School of the Americas, Inc. –The Safe Driving Experience. Since our incorporation in 1990, we have trained almost 500,000 satisfied students in the New York area.

COVID-19 UPDATE

On July 06, the driving school industry in the NYC area got the green light for re-opening for one on one in-car instructions and road test services ONLY.

Our Pre-licensing Course is NOW OFFERED via tele-conferencing using ZOOM. Please call 212-375-1111 to pre-register.

For everyone's safety we are taking the following measures :

STUDENTS:

• Will have to submit to a temperature check before the lesson starts
• Will be required to bring and wear face mask and gloves if possible all throughout the lesson and during the road test.
• Students without a face mask will be denied of service and the cost of the lesson will be charged as service rendered or forfeited.
• Please stay home if you are sick and kindly disclose any recent travels, especially to highly COVID infected states, or any type of COVID exposure you may have had.

INSTRUCTORS:

• Will wear a face mask / face shield and will sanitize their car in between lessons

VEHICLES:

• Vehicles be sanitized in between lessons / student turn over especially major touch points with disposable wipes soaked in a disinfectant cleaner according to the manufacturer's directions.
• Driver seats and steering wheels will have disposable coverings which will be replaced in between students (as of July 8 we are still awaiting for delivery of these disposable coverings).
